Franchise Indonesian Food Products Established in Sudan

Sudan, Khartoum - The Indonesian Ambassador to Khartoum, Mr. Sunarko, accompanied by PF Ekonomi, has had visits and talks with the Owner and Management of Nusa Café, Hilman Firmansyah, as part of the Indonesian Embassy's assistance for the development of Indonesian processed food products in Sudan.

At the discussion, the Indonesian Ambassador expressed the Indonesian Embassy's commitment and support for the growth of Indonesian diaspora enterprises in Sudan, particularly the management of traditional Indonesian food and beverage businesses maintained by Nusa Café.

The Indonesian Ambassador encouraged Nusa Café to keep the Indonesian flavor in its menu and to expand its business by introducing a list of items and other menus to improve market segment interest.

"Nusa Café has promoted the spread of Indonesian culinary pleasures among Sudanese people, thus it is anticipated that it can retain Indonesian tastes," the Indonesian Ambassador stated.

However, the proprietor of Nusa Café announced his plans for commercial development by legally establishing the company as a legal entity in Sudan and building a business branch there. In response, Ambassador Sunarko remarked that the Indonesian Embassy in Khartoum is committed to facilitating and assisting the process.
