JIFFINA 2020 Keep Rolling at the Jogja Expo Center From C*nvid 19

This year, JIFFINA was held on March 14-17, 2020 at the Jogja Expo Center or JEC. The Chair of the JIFFINA 2020 Committee, Endro Wardoyo, said there were quite a lot of JIFFINA exhibitors in 2020.
"...Of that number, 50 percent of companies from Yogyakarta, the rest are from regions in Java and Bali," Endro said after meeting the Governor of DIY, Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono X in Kepatihan Yogyakarta Wednesday, January 8, 2020.
Endro said that through JIFFINA 2020, his party targets the transaction to reach US $ 80 million. As for the buyers, it is targeted to surpass the achievements of the event last year which number reached 1,030 buyers from 65 countries.
Endro said, this time the organization would still maintain the favorite activities of buyers, namely visits to production houses or factory visits. In addition, conferences and various talkshows that discuss about trends around the handicraft, furniture and micro small and medium enterprises (MSME) products will also be held during the exhibition.
Starting the planned implementation of JIFFINA 2020, it will be held on January 15, 2020 at the Royal Ambarrukmo Hotel. Chairperson of the Java-Bali JIFFINA Forum, Timbul Raharjo, revealed the holding of the JIFFINA 2020, in conjunction with the holding of the ASEAN Furniture Industries Council (AFIC) annual conference in Yogyakarta.
"Handicraft business people from ASEAN countries will attend," said Timbul who is also the Chairperson of the Indonesian Furniture and Crafts Industry Association (Asmindo) DIY.
